All orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We make every effort to ensure descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not affect your rights under the ACL.
