Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories. Remote and regional areas may incur longer delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Options & Costs

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders placed before 1pm AEST are usually dispatched the same business day; later orders are dispatched the next business day.
4. Tracking & Delivery
All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] and we'll investigate with the carrier.
